Three4GlobalSkills<\/b><\/h1>

Mobilising Skills for a Just and Inclusive Europe<\/b><\/h2>

On 29 October 2026<\/b><\/span>, three Horizon Europe projects \u2014 GS4S<\/a>, Link4Skills<\/a> and Skills4Justice<\/a><\/b><\/span> \u2014 will come together in Brussels<\/b><\/span> for a joint final conference addressing one of Europe\u2019s most pressing policy challenges: how to respond effectively to skills shortages in a rapidly changing global and economic context<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

This event brings together complementary strands of research on labour migration, skills development, and labour market transformation<\/b><\/span>. Each of our research projects has spent nearly three years generating <\/span>extensive evidence on the drivers of skills gaps, the functioning of labour markets, and the role of migration in addressing structural shortages \u2014 both within the European Union and globally.<\/p>

The conference is designed as a policy-facing event for dialogue between researchers, policymakers, employers, civil society representatives, and international organisations.<\/span><\/div>
