Key established migration skill corridors to Poland are from Eastern Europe especially Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, and Georgia – and emerging skill corridors can be identified from Asia, particularly India and the Philippines. The presence of skilled migrants in Poland highlights the need for a comprehensive migration, labour market and integration policy in Poland.
