Final Conference: “Three4GlobalSkills -Mobilising Skills for a Just and Inclusive Europe”

Three Horizon Europe projects — GS4S, Link4Skills and Skills4Justice — are coming together in Brussels for a joint final conference addressing one of Europe’s most pressing policy challenges: how to respond effectively to skills shortages in a rapidly changing global and economic context.
This event brings together complementary strands of research on labour migration, skills development, and labour market transformation.
The conference will present:
- New research findings on skills shortages, skill mismatches and labour mobility
- Insights into business strategies and labour market responses
- Perspectives from countries of origin and destination
- Lessons for the design of skills mobility and talent partnerships
- Innovative tools, including the Link4Skills Navigator, supporting data-driven policymaking
